One-on-one Coaching

I help women discover what self care strategies will make the biggest impact in their health, happiness and quality of life. We work together in all six domains of self care and we make a detailed plan to help implement, strategies, routines, mindset shifts and gratitude into their daily lives. Areas I can help you with:

One-on-one coaching includes:

  • Weekly one hour calls via phone or video chat.

  • One weekly email check in.

  • The Self-Care Workbook

  • Access to the Self Care Collective Facebook Group.

Discovery Session: One session to help you jumpstart your self-care and wellness practices.

One 1-hour session: $55

 

 

 

 

One Month Kickstart: It takes 21 days to form a new habit and this package will allow you to  lay a foundation of wellness in your life. These sessions are intended to be used weekly to help support your own success.

Four 1-hour sessions: $199

 

Two Month Commitment: Get all the support you need including eight 1hr sessions to be used weekly. You are committed to yourself and creating your best life and having a coach in your back pocket will set you up for supreme success.

Price For 8 Weeks: $399

All of my health coaching packages include weekly Skype/Zoom calls, end of the week email support and access to the Self-Care Collective Secret Facebook page where more content is provided.
