I am a certified health coach, personal trainer and I focus in the area of self care. I have committed myself to helping you feel their best day in, day out by ditching the diets and creating wellness plans that are created by you and are meaningful, positive and successful.

I am passionate about positive body image and feel good fitness because I have BEEN there, on that hamster wheel, trying to change, feeling guilt for falling off the wagon, wishing my body was something else and refusing it the nourishment it actually needed.
