I hope this blog post finds you well. I know I have been a little on again off again with my blog but I can assure you that I have been busy working with clients in person and helping women feel their best through self-care.
But as for me and my family personally, I wanted to share some exciting news. We are moving to England in May!!! We are doing this for my husband's job and will be there for 3-5 years.
When we were first given the option, I was terrified. Like, so scared to break out and do something different. Scared that I would miss my family, feel lonely, put unneeded stress on my children. And while all of these concerns are still valid, Mr. J and I reminded ourselves that we do not want to live a life dictated by fear but instead, we want to live in growth.
Spoiler alert: growth is scary.
So instead of focusing on all of the potential things that *could* happen, we are focusing on all of the amazing things that WILL DEFINITELY happen, like traveling all over Europe for cheap, embracing a different lifestyle, s.l.o.w.i.n.g. down our pace of life, eating a lot of really good and possibly interesting food, meeting new people. The list could seriously go on and on for days.
And you see that? It is all about the lens in which we choose to see our lives.
So after a year of handling the grief of losing my dad and taking a much needed hiatus from social media and blogging, I will be back here online, sharing my passions for self-care, wellness, mindset etc.
I am also offering self-care coaching online and I encourage you to check it out. This is the same protocol I have been working with women in person for the past three years, now online. My goal is to help women change their mindset around taking care of their bodies, minds and souls and to help them create a wellness plan that fits them specifically.
I encourage you to check it out and email me if you have any questions (firstname.lastname@example.org).
And lastly, if you have EVER been to England and have tips, suggestions etc at all, I would love to hear!
In Health and Happiness,
