Habit Change Blueprint

Hiya Friend!

 

Today I am super excited because I have a new freebie for you. I really do LOVE to provide useful content in this space and today is no exception.

 

It is no surprise to any of you all that I am a pencil and paper kinda gal (actually more like a beautifully decorated journal and new pens kinda girl but whatever). 

 

The point is, I need to write down if there is any chance of it actually happening in my life. So today I am sharing with you all a 7 step guide to changing your habits.

 

I recently had a conversation with a friend about changing a habit and I told her something that really helped her understand what she was doing; "Habit change is not a matter of will, it is not personal. It is a matter of rewiring your brain." You see, you have to do it over and over again, fail, try again and never give up on rewiring the behaviors you have spent years and years learning.

 

There is no overnight fix.

 

My advice is to start small with one positive behavior you would like to implement into your life and go from there.
